Pros: It was nice and cosy. Host was there to submit the keys.

House comfy and convenient for location.

Pros: Convenient as close to where we wanted to be and a short walk from Tom.

Cons: Quite damp. Nathroom very damp amd walls dripping with condensation and collecting in puddles on the floor, despite using extraction fan.Not a clean as it could have been. Microwave needed cleaning. Fridge stank of fried onions and i bleaching it out before using it. Cooker needed cleaning and dirty greasy tray left in oven. Bedroom units needed dusting and had items on them that had been left by previous guests. Damp smell lessened after we had been there a couple of days with the heating on.

A lovely little house for a great price

Pros: Very friendly host, cosy little house, not far from town. Our bed was super comfy and a nice size bedroom. A very good price we felt for a little house to stay in compared to the prices for hotel rooms etc in town.

Good place to stay and I would be prepared to return.

Pros: Convenient with all mod cons. Clean and comfortable.

Cons: Full length mirror, vacuum cleaner and small table / coffee table in the lounge being provided would have been ideal.

Excellent stay

Pros: The property is in a great location, maximum 10 minutes walk to the centre. It’s modern and has all the facilities we needed. Jayne met us to drop the keys off and gave us all the information we needed. Really great value for money too.

Relaxing oh so relaxing

Pros: Jayne met my guys just after 4pm to hand the keys over, the cottage was very clean and comfortable and easy access to to the university where we were working over the last 4 days. If we are in this area again I will be certainly trying to book the Cosy Cottage again.

Great little home from home

Pros: The property was og great walking distance from the city centre, we were able to catch up with old friends and family in our own space.

Cons: I understand that the houses are small terraced buildings and space is utilised as best, but having a bathroom upstairs would have been more comfortable.
