Pros: I liked everything in the hotel, clean , quiet, good welcoming, great stuff very helpful and very good location 👍

Cons: Nothing there, to dislike apart from the weather lol

Pros: Went 2 weeks before.had room 10 nice spotless clean.this weekend had room 4 sea view room alot bigger excellent room.spotless .owner are very nice people. Will be stopping there again .Good value for money.

Pros: Lovely hotel. Simple rooms but with everything you need, including a fridge which was great. The room was very clean and tidy which was very much appreciated. It was also a very reasonable price and would definatley visit again.

Pros: The owner meet you at door to show you to room it was very clean all facilities in room small fridge. TV. Very good shower very clean .at a bargain price.we already booked it for our stay in October. 1 min walk to the sea front.cant ask for better than that .top class service throughout. VERY NICE OWNERS.VERY HELPFULL.THANKS.

Pros: Friendly staff on arrival. Clean rooms. Kettle in the room. Very comfortable.

Pros: Nice place for short stay , close to the beach .lots of attention around.

Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable, the springs in the mattress were hurting my back

Pros: It was clean and tidy, well looked after, there was also a security keypad on the door that you needed a code for on entrance after a certain time which was good, it was quiet and the room we stayed in was spotless had a fridge and tea/coffee station with some lovely biscoff biscuits , bathroom was nice and clean with the essential items and some little toiletries too.

Cons: We came in a heatwave and it was very hot in the rooms but they did provide you with your own fan, I think you should have a little vending machine supplying drinks/snacks/sweets and even dried foods as such as the nearest shop is quite a walk away.

One Night Stay In Nice Property, Close to Pleasure Beach & South Pier

Pros: Good Location for Pleasure Beach and South Pier/Sandcastle etc. Was offered on site parking but unfortunately my car was too wide for the space at side of property lol! Was fine for the one night we spent there.

Cons: Although the room was clean and felt quite new I found it strange that the lower part of the bed wasn't replaced as it was very dirty and covered in stains which let down the rest of the room, however the bed was very comfortable!
