Pros: Amazing stay! Room is clean and the bed was one of the comfiest, full english breakfast was cooked on order and simply spot on. Highly recommended for a clean and friendly stay.

Lovely and joyful

Pros: The location is great, close to two Piers and first line to the beach, and tram station right opposite the room had an amazing view. The staff were very friendly and there hospitality exceeded the average, they organised for us visits to the Zoo, Tram tour to see the lights, home made Breakfast and Dinner, they also have nice bar for a drink and a pool game and don't forget to ask for their special Ice Cream dessert, amazing!! Thank you for your hospitality we made lovely memories and definitely we will be back someday.

Very clean rooms with sea view

Pros: Perfect location and very clean rooms. Smells so fresh. Very friendly staff and spot on breakfast. Has an amazing sea view room. Parking was in front of the hotel. Best for the value. Definitely be back.

Pros: Owners went above and beyond 😁 My room was clean could do with updating apart from that it's ideal location and central to everything..

Cons: Came to Blackpool 10 years ago prior to this trip..saw a massive difference..beach full of rubbish due to people not taking their stuff such a shame Blackpool as gone down hill

Cosy , Quiet and Comfortable

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. A nice little cosy and quiet room. Close to the sea front

Cons: View from back window not particularly great, but I can't really complain as I was out for 90% of the time

Love being there

Pros: Lovely for families everything was great for myself and my son and my parents this was my second time here can't wait to go back

Cons: The hotel is in a great location a bit inundated but the couple who run it now are so lovely and are trying there best in the business and doing updates along the way this is my second time going to them will definitely be back soon
