Cons: A little run down, I feel the photos were a little misleading. However it was still a lovely stay for my little family.

Pros: The 2 ladies who work here absolutely amazing women. My daughter is autistic so new places to her are a massive issue with feeling comfortable. Wow she really took to the elderly lady here in fact I think that much she would of stayed there with her . But both the ladies made it so good for the children while it was really bad weather outside the sat happy colouring and reading can't wait to go back . Definitely a credit to this hotel them 2. Rooms was lovely and clean as well.

Pros: Staff were lovely and friendly and couldn't help enough whenever we spoke or asked them for anything. Nice room and was lovely sea view. Very pleasant stay. I did see a few people on reviews and while we were there complain about thw parking charge. But not many places cheaper to stay in blackpool and the car was right outside and safe so we didnt mind at all. Thankyou very much.

Cons: Only issue we had was the shelving units in the bathroom were slightly loose. Which wasn't an issue as we could still use them but just a pre warning incase someone else complains as I forgot to mention while we were there. And the pillows are very thin. Although they did allow us an extra 2 pillows while we were staying as we asked and they very kindly gave us 2 extra pillows. Other than that great stay

Pros: Location and the price. Stayed here 5 times before and keep coming back.

Cons: Having to pay to park.. we come every year and this is the first time they charge there guess even when we paid for rooms we didn’t even use we paid for 4 rooms and took 3 cars so an extra £30 and we didn’t end up using 1 of the rooms

Pros: Excellent location, spotless rooms, the two lady's running the hotel was so lovely and friendly
