Large Country Farmhouse

New years break

Pros: Just returned from our 3 day break over the New year with our friends and we all really enjoyed our stay, the farmhouse was everything we were hoping it would be with real log fire with a cosy atmosphere, could not have been happier, thankyou.

Cons: Nothing negative to say at all.

Pros: Peaceful rural location. Space for children to play and explore. Excellent, sheltered outdoor eating area. Very well equipped house, spacious with excellent bathrooms.

We like the house, location, it's history. Good size rooms & suitable for large party attending even

Pros: Self catering. Location was excellent to attend wedding event. Would recommend if using the Outbarn.

Cons: Towels were poor quality, 1 hand towel was torn. Mattresses need changing, urgently especially master bedroom. Only a small 2 slice toaster. Kitchen was cramped, table was in the way of the wall cupboard. During the open day visitors tried to enter side of the property, should have been roped off.

Exceptional property in the most stunning location

Pros: The most wonderful property in an idyllic setting. My family and I stayed in this remarkable farmhouse to be close to the venue where my son was getting married. There are not enough superlatives to describe this property. Everything is exceptional . My brother in law tried to hide so he did not have to leave ! It is truly the most sublime property I have ever had the pleasure to stay in . Even the weather did not dampen our view ! It was very very difficult to leave . We would so love to return very soon.

Pros: Property was lovely and clean, plenty of space and pizza oven was great!!! As a big family there was space for us all, as well as the dogs. The owners were such lovely welcoming friendly people too 🥰

Cons: Nothing really. I guess just that there were no locks on the bathroom doors however, that’s just being really picky. We loved it there!

Pros: Awesome host who looked after us well. Gorgeous house in a gorgeous location.

Exactly what we were looking for

Pros: Wonderful place for a group to spend time and as a base for some beautiful walking. Pubs around excellent for food too. Sun terrace and pizza oven lovely spot

Fabulous stay in the Farmhouse country house

Pros: The country house was well equipped Lovely really log burners and everything you need for a lovely stay with family. We booked the farmhouse we was going a wedding at bashall barn and booked taxis taxi for 6 was only £18 .would definitely book to stay here again..

Cons: There was nothing we didnt like. It was perfect.

Brilliant house and great fun. Modern furnishings alongside lovely character

Pros: We loved the country feel and excellent location. Loads of space

Cons: Nothing really. Perhaps more of a garden but we were staying in winter so not a problem
