Pros: Surrounded by countryside, in beautiful gardens, Oaken Fields immediately feels like a home ,so well planned out and good quality throughout. We stayed during a storm but were so comfortable and cosy.We made the short walk into Waddington and spent an enjoyable afternoon in the local pubs, having a delicious meal at the Lower Buck. A lovely start to Autumn

Cons: N/A

Absolute silence and not a sole in site. Perfection

Pros: So isolated yet close enough to nearby places. The garden split into 3 separate gardens with a fenced off dog garden. Can’t wait to come again in better weather

Cons: Googled the heating system and nothing would get it to work. Was to late to contact owners but didn’t have impact on stay

The children loved the garden surrounding the house.

Pros: It is warm & welcoming, surrounded by green fields. Nice supply of tea, instant coffee, sugar, salt & pepper mills. Egg cups.

Cons: Not enough seating for 4 people. The china & crockery was a bit sparse.

Beautiful bungalow in easy walking distance of 3 pubs

Pros: We loved the space especially the kitchen with a seating area and TV just off. The separate lounge was a real bonus too. As was the utility room. We felt very much at home. The garden was amazing. It was 3 different gardens really. Our dog was in heaven! We loved the fact we were just a 10 minute walk to the centre of the village with 3 pubs to choose from. Everyone was very friendly.

Cons: We struggled a little bit making tea and coffee with the Quooker but just popped the cups in the microwave to get the tea/coffee nice and hot.
