49 Waddington Road

Pros: Very well situated in Clitheroe with a large sitting room and well equipped dining/kitchen. Parking was easy on the road. The house was nice and warm when we arrived, and during our stay. There was also a log burner in the dining room. There was a bathroom upstairs, with a bath and shower and a shower room downstairs, so adequate for 6 people.

Cons: The 3rd bedroom was quite small.

Lovely house in Clitheroe Centre

Pros: The location was great; the town centre was within very close walking distance and there were local supermarkets nearby. The pictures of the house do not do it justice, it is much larger than we expected. The beds were very comfy and the master bedroom was very spacious. We stayed here for a wedding and there was plenty of space for us to get ready. The hosts were extremely helpful and had even left us a bottle of wine!

A lovely calm relaxing home which is a credit to the owners and made our stay very enjoyable.

Pros: The location was great as we were going to our grandaughter's wedding at The Out Barn which was close by. We were able to book a taxi to take us and bring us back using the information provided by the property owners which was all verry useful. Thankyou

Cons: Nothing, it was great, couldn't have been better.

Lovely place to spend a couple of days in Clitheroe and visit Pendle Hill.

Pros: Great location, beautiful house which had everything we needed. Lovely dining room and kitchen where we could all relax together.

Cons: Extra pilllows would be fab and some of us would have liked softer mattresses.

Pros: Fresh new kitchen bathroom. Generous welcome basket. Really good location by train station and high street.

Cons: We had 6 adults so few more crockery, glasses, sharp knives, needed. Dishwasher tablets needed. Shampoo/conditioner would have been a nice touch. Rack/basket for shoes? Mop?

Exceptional and great value for money

Pros: Lovely, comfy property that is very well maintained. Plenty of facilities and accessories. Very clean throughout. Loved the piano in the dining room.

Pros: Location very central. Lovely house modernised to a high standard but mindful of keeping original features for a house of this period. We had a lovely stay and appreciated the treats of wine, shortbread and crisps, thank you!
