Welcoming friendly great breakfast location great feels like home from home thankyou

Pros: The breakfast was the best we have had in a guest house and cat was so friendly as was her husband nothing was too much trouble for her made us feel really welcome enquired while we were there for a bigger room and she showed us the rooms will definitely be back Thankyou for your hospitality

Cons: On suite could have been a bit bigger but we have sorted that for next time

Exceptional no bother what so ever easy access to all amenities good parking also

Pros: Location was great near to the beach also to the zoo and Stanley park Damon and Kat were exceptionally nice and helpful couldn’t fault anything at all thanks to both great breakfast and service so good with our grandson he loved it there will definitely go again

Cons: Nothing to dislike they were so helpful from the moment we met until we left made our stay there brilliant

Pros: Damon and Cat, such lovely people, made us feel most welcome during the whole of our stay. Nothing was ever any trouble, in fact, they went above and beyond to get us parked up and settled in. I'd be more than happy to stay here again. Superb!

Cons: I couldn't fault anything. Nothing at all. Yes, really.

Pros: The hotel was amazing exceptionality clean and Kat the landlady was brilliant could not do enough for you would recommend the West Vale Villa to everyone

Welcoming b&b.

Pros: As Blackpool goes, our stay was good. We only stayed one night, and Catherine was really friendly and welcoming. Anything you wanted, you just needed to ask. Room was adequate for our needs, and it was close to the promenade and tower, without the noise. Breakfast was good aswell.

Cons: As I say, West Vale villa was adequate for our needs, nothing to say that we didnt like.

Brilliant service and cleanliness

Pros: Clean and tidy, nice decoration. The hosts were very nice and totally helpful. The breakfast was very much appreciated by me and my partner.

Cons: The property was great

Sadly we had to cut our stay short but it was comfortable and lovely place to stay.

Pros: Lovely B&B, very well kept and a lovely atmosphere about the place. The owners were really welcoming and the breakfast was awesome.

Cons: Room was small but not an issue unless you’re staying a week or longer I’d say.

Great weekend

Pros: The property was lovely and clean with all the little touches of home very welcoming. The hosts were really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of choices. I went with my partner for the weekend and will definitely stay here again.

Anniversary weekend away

Pros: Beautiful little B&B with a breakfast restaurant, small bar and lounge room with tv and pool table with super comfy sofas. Our room was lovely lovely, super clean, fresh had tea/coffee making facilities in your room, a tv, wardrobe for clothing etc, a fan with was a big bonus for hubby, plug sockets to charge phones and Catherine was absolutely lovely we chatted all the time! Damon was lovely to and cooks a beautiful breakfast. We will book again when coming to blackpool everything is within walking distance to.

Cons: Nothing it was absolutely perfect!

Pros: Lovely friendly hosts (and family). Very helpful in suggesting places to visit etc Great location easy, straight forward walk into centre and Tower Full cooked breakfast. Hosts accommodating for a fussy 10yr old. Nice light room. Comfy bed. On suite shower room. Would recommend and stay again.
