Pros: Ray and his son were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Very hearty breakfast and local to all amenities Well worth a visit and valuee for money if visiting Blackpool

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights at the end of November and we will certainly be booking here again! Ray and Kimberley were perfect hosts, the room was bigger than expected and the breakfasts were beautifully cooked. Our new favourite place to stay in Blackpool!

Comfortable and in the right place for everything

Pros: Ray was just awesome and really couldn't do enough for you, I only stayed the one night of my two night booking (Mad week at work, and didn't fancy the Friday night M62) He was very lovely about it (He didn't have to be around to check me in, but he was and we had a lovely chat) I will be back next year, and hope that Ray's health improves.
