Shirley Heights Hotel

Brilliant will be back. Definitely!!

Pros: Great location. Clean and a great breakfast. Quiet which was a suprise in Blackpool you expect to hear gulls. Lovely hosts. Great club on the end of the street recommend highly.

Cons: Nothing great short break.

Pros: Breakfast was delicious, very good choice on the breakfast menu. Location was very good, 5 minutes walk into town, also a few doors away from the H&A club. Amanda and Kieth were lovely hosts, always had time for a chat and was very friendly, we would definately recommend Shirley Heights as a place to stay in Blackpool.

Excellent and very reasonable

Pros: Brilliant location. Lovely clean room, bedding, pillow and bed very comfy. Bathroom spotless, good shower. Breakfast yummy and good choice.Helpful with my dairy allergy provided dairy free milk and margarine. Friendly hosts. Good decoration throughout and new carpets in bedroom or very clean. Very good value for money paid. Will definitely come back.

Cons: Nothing everything perfect

Simply the best

Pros: Always friendly and good breakfast. We were introduced to club a few doors down and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Cons: Being honest, I didn't find mattress very comfortable. Unfortunately, both of us could hear everything from property next-door.

Pros: Always very welcoming & nothing is ever too much trouble. Will be booking again in the New Year

High standard of service, room and breakfast true value for money

Pros: Friendly welcome and hosting during our stay along with the exceptional breakfasts. Located in central Blackpool it was easy to walk to the main attractions and parking close to the accommodation. Fourth visit to Shirley Heights and I can recommend that you will have a great value for money stay.

Cons: The stairs might be a challenge for some more senior visitors. But Derek very happy to help with the luggage.

Derik and Amanda couldn’t do enough for you and it was so clean and felt so safe, as just me and my daughter went for 3

Pros: Close to all the local amenities and what we had planned for the weekend. Didn’t have a car park but the nearest one is a 2 minute walk away

Fantastic stay

Pros: Hosts were really friendly and great with the kids and accommodating, nothing too much trouble! Happy to help with what was on in the area to cater to adults and children (aged 6 and 8). Helped with luggage both arriving and leaving - even carrying some from / to the car ! Breakfast was brilliant with a choice of continental and fresh cooked breakfast, again, asking if we required anything else. Fresh tea, orange juice, milk. Tea. Coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room and replenished! Needed more milk and was not a problem! We would definitely stay again! The only issue, was one of the mattresses wasn't great, but this is being dealt with - and they were open about how many mattresses they replace ! Only kept this one as guests have said they like the firmer bed - but was very flat! Great place, very happy guests 😀

Cons: Hard to say but my only thing would be the mattress on one of the beds wasn't great - but being dealt with
