Pros: Lovely clean hotel, with spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast, Graeme couldn't do enough for us. Very central location, close to the tower.

Pros: It was clean, friendly and you got a good fresh cooked breakfast.

Family Weekend Stay

Pros: Friendly owners. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Spotlessly clean. Good choice at breakfast. Really nice breakfast. Don't let the lack of parking put you off as there's a very reasonably priced car park a couple minutes away. Really good location, 5 minutes from the seafront and tower. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways local to the accommodation. Will definitely return the next time we go to Blackpool.

Cons: Nothing really.

Pros: The Hosts were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and looked exactly as described.

Pros: Was lovely! Graeme was so welcoming from the moment I went through the door and it smelled lovely walking in to even though I was a little late (delayed trains so missed one) he let me in and carried my suitcase upstairs, the room was immaculate and just like the photos, also had breakfast on the Sunday morning and it was lovely and a good range what you got and choose what hot breakfast you want to, you could see the Blackpool tower from the room to which is lovely, a really lovely family run hotel and I’d definitely recommend and go back in the future! I’ve stayed in a few hotels the past year but this is the best I’ve been to, he also allowed me to leave my suitcase for the day as my train was a late one, oh also had a fan in the room to which was a lovely touch 😄

Cons: The location seemed a little run down and rough but that can’t be helped this is a gem ztone in the middle, Only thing I’d say is maybe a little shelf or something somewhere to pop products in the shower instead of leaning down but apart from that everything else is fantastic thank you
