1 Bed Apt - Balcony - City View - Great Location

Exceptional value for money - brilliant location

Pros: Very central and by the water. Great bed and shower. Excellent base. Also great communication from the company with an emergency number if there were any problems.

Cons: Google Maps takes you to the back of the building, but the entrance is on the side of the Malmaison building where the serviced apartments entrance is. The bed was very comfortable but there was no mattress protector under the sheet and that’s not great for menstruating women!

Pros: The location is perfect, close to albert dock and walking distance to city centre. The place is clean and complete, whic makes our stay worry free. Tha staff can be easily reached by whatsapp and answer and queries in time. Overall great value for money.

Great apartment

Pros: Location, facilities, helpline staff were immediately available by phone and were first rate.

Cons: Only one small thing - there was an issue with the lock which needs either maintenance or replacement. You had to be careful with the key to succeed in opening/closing the door to the apartment. But that was the only negative - it was an excellent deal and I will very happily stay there again.

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at the apartment we walked every where we needed to go, we was no longer than 25 mins walk of where we needed to be excellent location.

Pros: The property is in a smashing location The layout of the apartment is great - lots of room and comfort and the balcony is a great feature It was very quiet and private

Cons: We had some issues working out how to get in but the management company were vey efficient in resolving this. We also had issues with the cleaning company not doing a thorough job but again the management company resolved this and I am confident this won’t be a problem again given the seriousness and efficiency of how they resolved this

Perfect for a great bank holiday weekend

Pros: Spacious, spotless, great value for money, everything you need and a fantastic location

Would stay again, presuming the dirty bed sheets was a once off. Top location, top finish, top value.

Pros: Modern apartment with a high quality finish. Excellent location.

Cons: Noisy fans during the night in bathroom and kitchen. Bed sheets were dirty (see attached photo taken on the first day).

Pros: The apartment was well-presented and in a good location

Cons: The bed was not the best. it was comfortable but was a small double, I would look to change to a bigger bed.
