Britannia Hotel Bolton

The Britannia Hotel is just 1-mile off junction 5 of the M61, approximately 2 miles from Bolton town centre, its restaurants and nightlife. The hotel offers en suite rooms with TVs. There is free Wifi in all public areas of the hotel. Some rooms have countryside views of Rivington Pike whilst all have hair dryers, phones and trouser presses. Tea/coffee making facilities are also available. The Britannia Hotel Restaurant serves a 3 course menu and has a fine selection of wines and ales to accompany your meal. Cooked breakfasts are also served daily. Several golf courses are within 3 miles of the hotel and the Reebok Stadium and East Lancashire Railway are also nearby. Pros: Very clean hotel with friendly staff. In a good location too.

Cons: Only 2 pillows on the double bed. Asked if I could have extra but none were available.

Nice people, quiet, warm, clean.

Pros: Price, it’s a budget place. Ya get what you pay for. Fair and reasonable. Staff are good earthy people.

Cons: Waiting at that barrier. Tired fixtures and fittings Bar closed at 9.10 when Emma on shift. Thought it was 10pm. Had to go Beehive PH

Pros: Price. Location, quietness. Neil night manager and Kelly Bar Mgr. V helpful

Cons: Dated decor, rooms bit worn n tired. I stay at the 2 premier inns whilst working up there also. Black out curtains not fitted correctly

Pros: I love how helpful snd friendly all the staff was you really made the hardest week of my life a little more bearable

Cons: my check out the lift was broke so I had to do a few trips but the life breaking was anyones fault

Cheap and very cheerful

Pros: Hotel tidier than the reviews suggest. Nice staff. Tea making in room with plenty of supplies. Great location for main roads. Didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
