Came for 2 nights stayed 3!

Pros: Breakfast Excellent selection.wonderful poached eggs Good quality bacon Wonderful excellent customer service. Chef you go above and beyond ( even gave us instructions regarding weather and directions Donna looks after everyone! Welcoming caring and cannot do enough for her guests ( and it is evident by the way she greets and is greeted by her guests ) For the people who use the hotel regularly they are made to feel like they are coming home.

Cons: We understand the property is in the process of refurbishment and as such this obviously is taken into account Your staff make up for the situation in many ways Even at the end of 12 hour shifts the staff remain Engaging helpful and charming. It seems the management must be the luckiest employers in the country. I hope they are TOTALLY APRECIATIVE. Having travelled World wide for an American company and stayed at prestigious hotels I have to give your staff credit for their welcome In what can only be adverse conditions inherited at the end of Covid.

An excellent stay always.... Thank you to Donna, Jade & Jake! :)

Pros: We never have breakfast so cannot comment, but the staff especially Jade, Donna & Jake are AMAZING! Tell them Marty Mack sent you ;) The room was lovely and warm and the beds are VERY comfy... as far as a town centre stay I highly doubt you'd be disappointed at the pricepoint. We have stayed 3 times in the past 3 months and are planning a 4th.

Cons: Only once did we have noisy neighbours... and they were revellers who wanted to party all night... I can't blame the hotel for that.... but you can call the front desk and they will go tell em to shut up or leave :)

Great expectations. Lovely stay.

Pros: We were very surprised by the good commodities in our rooms, confort bed and bedding’s, very warm room, we could use facilities for tea/coffe biscuit at our rooms. Very good cleanliness. Fantastic service at breakfast with buffet style and hot food service whenever we were ready. Great communications.

Cons: Nothing to add on this. Keep doing on what you are doing.
