Relaxed and comfortable

Pros: The leisure facilities and Leisure Reception staff were superb

Cons: A bit of confusion on my evening restaurant booking but it was not a big issue ..

Pros: Lovely hotel. The lady on reception during our stay (14th Feb) was lovely and brilliant at her job. She deserves a mention. I asked the hotel put put balloons and petals in my room and they did a fantastic job. The room was lovely and the bed was comfy. We went to the bar and it was a busy night but onve again the staff were excellent. I would stay again.

Cons: My only issue was the visit to the leisure facilities. The hottub had too much chlorine in, due to the heat is caused my eyes to sting and they felt burnt. I had to wash them with cold water in the toilets.

Excellent hotel, staff super friendly, clean and a great choice for a two night stay

Pros: we have stayed twice now, the first time we had a nicer room but both are good

Happily stay again in this room type can’t comment on other rooms.

Pros: Superior room type was spacious gym and Pool very good. Breakfast was good and onsite restaurant was very good

Cons: As noted in other reviews sound proofing between rooms etc is not the beat but this is outwith hotel control now.

Swimming pool great, restaurant brilliant, breakfast lovely

Pros: The windows in the room were old wooden windows and let a terrible draft through you could hear the wind coming through the windows and I closed the curtains to see if that kept the heat in but the radiator was underneath the window so it didn’t help the room felt cold due to this.

Cons: There was no clean towels in swimming pool area as told there would be so we had to go to spa reception in swimwear to ask for a towel to get dry!

Except breakfast everything was top value for money.

Pros: The restaurant and the gym were top class for UK standards.

Cons: Breakfast too late openings, poor choice of food, prohibitive prices.

Pros: Liked everything Lovely breakfast ,brilliant facilities included in price,sauna,jacuzzi,pool,steam room,gym, Nice spa also,this pay and book separately but I had a massage and it was amazing Staff helpful throughout my visit And the lady who done massage was brilliant

Wonderful, stay helpful staff!

Pros: Helpful staff. Really nice facilities room is very large and very clean had no issues throughout my stay and intending on the stage again when the event takes place next year. I can see why they select this location for the event.

Cons: Absolutely nothing it was wonderful
