The staff make this place what it is!

Pros: The staff are the best! I have got to know them and they are friendly, helpful and good at their jobs. Upset it is closed over Christmas! Why I do not know?!! But will hopefully return in the Summer.

Cons: Some of the rooms dated.

Great room

Pros: Stayed for 1 night for a friend's birthday in standish. Check in was easy. I'd pre paid online and checked in. Great location, I was really surprised how lovely the room was. We had a super king size bed which was really comfortable, the furniture was lovely, really big room too. I would definitely stay again . Thank you 😊

Ok good value for money

Pros: Clean and comfortable room, but hotel needs lot of tlc outside and inside

Cons: No food available due to low occupancy apparently

Pros: This Hotel has previously had a bad reputation but after it's refurbishment it is absolutely amazing, does not deserve 3 stars. Can't fault anything and the staff will go out of their way to ensure you have a safe and comfortable stay.

Pleasantly surprised.

Pros: Staff great, room clean, comfortable, warm. Perfect, and very good value.

Cons: When I arrived I did not get a good impression, lots of weeds outside, the front, cigarette ends, rubbish and cans. Just a little tidy up would improve the first impressions. As rest of the hotel good.
