Pros: The young went above and beyond The tv wasn’t work With in half hour he was up trying codes to unlock Tv So he put Netflix on so we could watch tv And the flim was so good Also let us check in 2 hours before

Pros: Great staff and nice rooms and a really beautiful optional breakfast.

Cons: Need to make sure that there’s milk tea/ coffee. But easy enough to go and collect my own

Pros: Location was perfect. Room was nice but needs painted and cleaned properly

Cons: Dirty walls, very dirty around the fridge area, no towels in the room. Asked for towels to be given 2 hand towels to shower with. Tea and coffee facilities were very poor and looked like the last guest used things and it was never cleaned for me arriving. The mattress is disgustingly dirty under the fitted sheet. The pillows are all stained yellow/Sweat under the covers. Definitely not luxury, unfortunately.

Very happy customer, would stay again.

Pros: Friendly guy on reception, room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. Room was warm when we arrived, and we could see the lights from our bedroom window. There was a fridge, kettle, coffee and milk available in the room, as well as 2 towels.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like, would just recommend 4 towels as we booked for 4 people, and 4 mugs, and maybe teabags? But wouldn't mark it down for these, as this is the best hotel we've stayed at in Blackpool, and we come twice a year.
