Perfect

Pros: The staff were amazing especially one in particular called Oscar he was brilliant when something wasn’t quite right he fixed it without an issue

Cons: Nothing really few little issues but fixed right away

Pleasant stay

Pros: I've stayed a number of times in various rooms including sea veiw with balcony ...rooms have always been clean and decent size bathrooms have always been in good condition and its close enough to arcades centre shops ect ...also like that there's a bar and music played including in the outside seating area

Cons: A lot of the times we have stayed there's always something missing either towels or no battery's in tv remote or no kettle so inconvenient having to keep asking for things also inconvenient having to pay £20 deposit as sometimes I have enough money put aside to pay for hotel and bit of spending money for weekend but have sometimes had to go with other hotels so I don't loose that extra £20 I can use as spending money as its no good to me getting it back the day I go home as I needed it during my stay

Thankyou ajay for our upgraded room we had a great time lovely hotel for budget price!

Pros: The location was great ajay upgraded us to a luxury suite for me and my 2 year old was quiet lovely clean made the whole experience of the hotel much nicer thankyou ajay!

Cons: Nothing really the time of the year we went there wasn't much going on as expected
