Friendly and welcoming

Pros: Lovely staff, very helpful and welcoming. We arrived hours before check in and staff kept out bags safe and secure even though they didn't have to! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Just lovely people! Our room was very big, clean, well stocked and had a last flat screen t.v with easy to use remote! I usually can't get those things to work but watched home alone comfortably!

Cons: The absolute only downside I had with this hotel was an internet connection. If you have WiFi on your phone it's okay but if you don't WiFi at a hotel is a bonus I suppose, however t.v and a pool room is available!!

Pros: The boiler was broken on the Vernon hotel so we got put in the other hotel but the woodhouse hotel was clean comfy it was warm the staff was friendly that we met

Cons: Could have done with 2 single beds for the kids because of opposite sex but everything else was perfect

Pros: Clean was just one road to Blackpool south train station and it was just metres away from the beach and from central peir as well as south peir

Pros: Based on what I paid £50 for three nights, including Xmas eve and Xmas day. It was cheap so didn't expect much but it was ok, room was clean, had a little shower room with toilet. Tv, towels, tea making facilities. Actually had a triple room I paid for a double. The CH didn't work in my room but the halls were warm so I know they had heating on. I spoke to a member of staff who got me an electric heater which solved the problem and I appreciated that. It was cold as it was December. There was other residents and unlike other bnbs ive stayed in, it was not a noisy riot of chaos. To give an honest review based on cost, it was a bargain. Would stay again. I wish the bar and lounge room was open but it wasnt, it wasn't a deal breaker.
