Pros: Comfiest beds I’ve stayed in in a small hotel, plenty of room for the 3 of us and incredibly quiet considering there was a party going on next door! Large bathroom for the size of the room and ample tea, coffee, milk, water & toiletries.

Enjoyed the comfort of our stay and it was clean. Very close to beach and trams

Pros: Everything was there that was needed for an overnight stay. Room was clean and no issues

Cons: Parking but that’s not the fault of the hosts. Like most areas in Blackpool. If your not first your last.

Location, homely, welcoming, clean.

Pros: Location is central to everything. The room size is amazing compared to a lot of Blackpool B&B’s . Loved the bottle of water that was provided for my stay. Very clean. Fantastic communication with the hosts. I would highly recommend and return to this property.

Lovely stay in Blackpool

Pros: Hotel was close to sea front. We had a lovely family room which was spotless, beds were comfy and had everything we needed. The owners were really nice and friendly.
