Cant wait to stay again.

Pros: The man at reception was absolutely lovely he was there every morning and every night when we came in Waiting to talk to us. He was absolutely amazing with my two children. He carried out cases to our rooms and was the nicest host ever .

Pros: Dean was very welcoming we arrived 2 hours before check in and this wasn't a problem he gave us a tour of the rooms available and let us pick.

Cons: The room was very very cold with only single glazed window so bought a heater dean said he could move us rooms if a problem but once we heated the room it was then fine. Not the biggest bath room but for the price can't moan

Pros: The guy on front desk was very nice. Very helpful... we got a big room which was nice. Bit of a trek up all the stairs but it was worth it. We were there for 4 nights over new year. Hotel was nice and quiet. Really enjoyed our stay. Would defo stay again

Pros: I had small children so was worried about noise from other rooms but thankfully this wasn't a problem at all. The man at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again

Cons: We had a few flights of stairs to climb as there was no lift but I expected this anaway so it wasn't an issue
