Pros: I'd like to say thank you very much to the staff. They were exceptional in the circumstances as our daughter family were put into a different hotel and their accommodation was absolutely dreadful and his hotel put us up and put them up shall I say and we wouldn't have been able to do anything without him. The facilities there of exceptional and I will stay there again so like I say I would like to say thank you

Pros: Rooms was lovely and clean. Hotel clean The host was brilliant helped with a problem that another family member had with their hotel and this was at 11 o'clock at night

Great location

Pros: The location was great, 5 minutes from the coast and everything you need. The room itself was lovely and clean with comfortable beds and all for a very reasonable price

Pros: We absolutely loved the greeting we received they were both very friendly and approachable and couldn't do enough for us. Even took our very heavy cases to our room. We were able to check in a little earlier and keep our luggage there after check out so we could still enjoy our last day thank you for everything a great stay overall.

Cons: Its not really what we didnt like more of some constructive criticism I think offering more facilities like breakfast options. Entertainment nights etc. you are both new to this and doing great so far and both will go very far :) Also touching up the rooms giving them more decor

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms have everything you need, very clean, gest lounge had everything spare, toilet rolls, pillows beach towels, our bathroom had lots of toiletries which was very cute, a lovely stay thank you.

Cons: Friendly staff, helpful staff, cleanliness, and location. The little touches to the room, Ie tea coffee toiletries.

Pros: My kids absolutely loved the triple bunk room. Was great it had its own little room.

Cons: The bed in family room was a very small double. Not big enough for 2 people.
