Beautiful place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Beautiful building, we stayed in the manor house. Lovely gardens and great food.

Cons: The shower area needed resealing.

Cons: Had to collect bathrobes from the spa as they weren’t in the room. Called reception and said they weren’t included. Checked website and they should have been included as stated on website

Amazing staff and lovely food !

Pros: The staff were amazing and went above and beyond particularly the spa and restaurant staff !

Cons: The bed was a bit hard and the quilt was thin. The grout in the shower was a bit grubby and could have done with a good scrub but other than that the room was nice.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay

Pros: I’ve stayed previously and have never been disappointed with the rooms however I would just like to point out that there was not enough coffee or milk for our duration

One of the best hotels we've stayed in. Definitely would recommend it.

Pros: Nice quiet location. Great choice of hot and cold food.. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Great staff members but, broken boiler

Pros: The reception team were great , made our stay fantastic The food was awesome , the staff members at the restaurant were very clean and very professional and very lovely and kind ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 ❤️ 💙 💜 💖 💗 💘

Cons: The water was not hot and the radiators were not working and it was freezing, we called asking for help , but they advised thag there is a maintenance issue , so this issue can be raised in the morning (we checked out in the morning anyway) We struggled to sleep well, it was very cold night but we loved the reception team ❤️

BEAUTIFUL COMFORTABLE

Pros: The room was beautiful warm with kettle and coffee machine. The bed was soooo comfortable. Very clean 100% will be back to stay again

Pros: Room very comfortable and clean. Great to have a large bath to relax after my day. Meals dinner and breakfast excellent. Good friendly professional service. Bed very comfortable. Corridors well maintained and clean nice paintings. Loved it thanks

Cons: I arrived 20mins early - thought room would be ready was turned away asked to return at 3pm. Minor gripe as I was early.

Pros: Great stay. Lovely room just a couple of cobwebs letting it down but that did not affect our stay. The spa is small but nice. Could do with a little bit of love like some areas need a lick of paint & rusty taps & bulbs missing. Overall a fantastic place & very quiet for a relaxing stay.

Pros: Beautiful location .we arrived when it was snowing which made it like a winter wonderland. Staff were all very polite and helpful i would like to give a shout out to isha and maahi in the brasserie they couldn't have looked after us better.very efficient polite and helpful .thankyou ladies . .the breakfast was wonderful .The bed was comfortable and the room ws large and well decorated with a lovely view . I will definitely stay again

Cons: I would have really likes t8 have gone timing the thermal pool .I tried to book before i came and while i was there fr the first day bt was unable to , I found the booking online confusing as only stated deals with meals when i only wanted to book the pool . I did manage to book a massage on the day I left which was wonderful and could hv used the pool tht day bt we were leaving ..I did notice that there didnt seem to be a lot of staff .we had to wait nearly a hour fr food and drink in the evening bt the cooked breakfast was better and was served quicker. Thankyou . .I found the evening meal prices were rather expensive and not much selection but were tasty .I was hoping fr the sunday roast lunch but it wasnt available .
