A great spot for a short stay , great pub with all local amenities close by, safe clean and friendly

Pros: Great location for what we needed in our stay, friendly landlady & staff , room was easily accessible and the “huge” bed was “super” comfy !! Clean, tidy and safe.

Lovely stay and if we return we know what to bring next time.

Pros: Lovely comfortable bed and friendly welcome just where we needed to be to meet up with friends

Cons: Toiletries provided was a small bar of soap. No fridge although advertised. Shower extremely hot and had to ask for another towel as only one provided between two of us.

Pros: Julie was great, the landlady, very friendly, really nice person. The pub was really nice and glad it had a dart board.

Pros: Nice big room. Excellent location for what we wanted. Clean and comfortable. Even though it was above a pub not really a lot of noise. Staff friendly. Would stay again.

Cons: Would have liked more than 1 towel each a bath and hand towel is needed really. Did ask but told didn't have enough towels. Not the end of the world but hand soap and a couple of drinking glasses would have been helpful.

Pros: The landlord/landlady and staff were all very friendly and I was given a beautifully cooked full English FOC as the kitchen hadn’t been open the previous evening for an evening meal, but they’d let me eat a takeaway in their restaurant
