Great place to stay, clean & tidy & well located for convenience.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location, as its 10minutes for shops & eateries/bars etc & was easy to find & parking was not an issue. The room was clean & tidy & looked like it had not long since been updated. Bed was comfy & the breakfast was fab. The staff were welcoming, friendly & happy to help, if needed.

Cons: Only down side, even though we were on th 7th floor, was the noise from the road outside, as the hotel is located on a very busy junction.

A great experience with exceptional customer service

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff who go the extra mile to make sure everything is ok and you feel at home. Great bar and lounge area and comfortable clean rooms with great views. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely staff always happy to help, very accommodating to requests. The hotels is comfortable modern and clean

Convenient for what I needed from my stay.

Pros: - Location is excellent and is easy to get to the city centre. - The rooms were always cleaned very well and efficiently: good job housekeeping team. - Shout out to Sam: a very polite young man who always kept good conversation and is good with his customers. - Special shout out to Jess: an amazing employee and someone to watch for the future in terms of professional growth as she has all the characteristics of a strong leader. Every customer, regardless of how busy or quiet it was, was treated like royalty and her demeanour is outstanding. - Breakfast was always clean and there was also food there: breakfast staff are very polite and attentive too.

Cons: Would say it’s slightly over priced otherwise it would’ve been a 10. No discounts given to people who stay every year for over 5 years.
