A brilliant find, an enjoyable stay, I will be back

Pros: The location was perfect for our follow on journey, but was equally ideal to all exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel was just brilliant in all aspects

Pros: The room was very small but comfortable, amazing facilities and everything you needed was there.

Cons: The bar was very pricey, but apart from that amazing stay

Comfortable, good value and excellent staff.

Pros: Good location and facilities for us as a large family group for three night stay visiting family. Good value, comfortable rooms, didn't do breakfast option but coffee and croissants in the bar were good. Walking distance to nice pub and supermarket, the pool was perfect for the children. But the stand out was how helpful and friendly all the staff were.

Pros: The Staff were lovely. Very helpful and welcoming. Brilliant nice to see. Bedrooms were superb. Food was excellent and hot. Very clean.

Pros: From check-in, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great variety of both hot and cold options, and the team working that morning were incredibly attentive - clearing finished plates promptly and ensuring tables were cleaned & ready for the next guests without delay. The hotel is also in a very convenient location, just off the motorway and within easy reach of shops and restaurants.

Cons: In our room, the curtains were stained, the bathtub had visible dirt, and several surfaces were dusty. There were also plates, bottles, glasses etc. left all evening and overnight along all the corridors leading up to our room. These were not a massive issue for us, but worth noting.

A well located comfortable stay at an excellent hotel with great friendly staff

Pros: Clean and roomy with excellent standards of decoration with comfortable furniture and good quality throughout

Cons: The sink pipe was slow to drain but this did not affect the cleanliness of the bathroom also as we had two double beds with our 20 year old daughter with us another cup for tea/ coffee would have helped

Nice find will be back

Pros: It was very clean and modern, for valentines we were greeted with rose petals on the bed

Cons: It was a little cold I found the building and the jacuzzi was cold

Second time staying and fantastic both times.

Pros: Location, nice and quiet, big hotel which has a nice feel to it.
