Wonderful staff and a good nights sleep. All you need from a hotel.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful from the moment I stepped through the door, especially when it came to ordering dinner as I’m dairy intolerant so was very limited with the menu. The room was lovely and warm and the bed was really comfortable.

Cons: There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom for the duration of my stay. I think it may have been coming from the ceiling vent.

I had a really good night's sleep and an excellent breakfast. I would definitely recommed.

Pros: Warm and kind reception staff when I arrived tired and sad. They were calm and friendly and offered support with my bags as I was struggling a bit. I didn't need the help but the offer was appreciated. I especially appreciated the shower seat that had been added to my room on request which meant I could fully enjoy the very welcome hot shower. The bed was very clean and comfortable and the room quiet and dark, exactly what I hoped for.

Cons: I was very happy with my room but if I could change anything I would add a biscuit to the little tea and coffee station so I could have a biscuit with my cup of tea that I had before I went to sleep. I would also have another socket beside the bed so I could have both my mobile phone close to me while it was charging and also my CPAP machine that I need plugged in beside the bed as I use it while I sleep.I did consider going back to the reception to ask for a multi socket adapter but I was too tired so made do by charging the phone over on the desk.

Pros: Good location for where we wanted and a good price that included breakfast.

Pros: The breakfast was lovely and had a full choice to pick from. The room was a good size and clean. All staff were excellent. The hotel had ample parking and was close to the M6 for convenience.

Cons: Happy with all

Pros: We had a dog with us and the staff were exceptional with him. Great location as just off the M6. Room was comfy and clean. Would highly recommend.

Pros: We asked for a quiet room and it was exactly that ! Staff were brilliant! Special thanks to Rene and Adam the duty manager who were completely on the ball to make our stay perfect

Overnight Stay after a Day with Family

Pros: The check in was quick and efficient. The room was larger than expected with a nice armchair to watch the TV. The beds were comfy and there were the usual tea/coffee making facilities. The ensuite was adequate with plenty of toiletries. Braekfat was buffet style with plenty of choice. There is plenty of free parking.

Cons: The room was cold when we arrived but I managed to work the thermostat and it was then fine.

Pros: Everything! Particularly the helpfulness and the availability of the staff!

Cons: The key cards didn’t always work!
