Peaceful House in the Centre of City

the place was ideal for a girly night away

Pros: location able to have a room each with it not being expensive TVs warm & plenty places to hang jackets etc

Cons: the bedding was on the flimsy side some rooms PIR and some not, got muddled up which ones to switch off sitting room light very bright, could have done with a lamp or dimmer switch

Pros: Perfect location As described peaceful with all the amenities you need. Highly recommended 👌 Aaron was a pleasure to deal with.

Pros: Lots of useful tech around the house. We had everything we needed

A very good place to stay for a self catered city break.

Pros: Location right next to the station, a few doors down from a little corner convenience store and a short walk to the city centre, with a quiet way to the bus station along a cycle way. You could hear the few trains at night but they were surprisingly quiet - a low comforting rumble. A circular walk right round the city along the canal and an old railway line goes past the house (through the car park in front).

Cons: The huge lampshade in the bedroom LOL. The technology took a bit of working out - how to adjust the thermostat (which reset itself each morning), how to adjust the toaster, and getting used to room lights turning on automatically. No side plates.

Lancaster stay

Pros: Great location, clean, warm and comfy beds. Good check out time. Owner Aaron kept in touch before and after stay.

Cons: Few more soft furnishings ie extra comfy chair or beanbags in living room and rug would make it 10/10

Pros: A good position near the station and a short walk to the centre of Lancaster.The street itself is quiet. The house was comfortable and had all we needed for our break.

Pros: Very helpful communication from host throughout. The location of the house was excellent. Ideal for train station, and just a short walk into the town centre. So very useful to have 2 parking permits. The house was spacious and accurately described. It proved to be a great base for a family gathering.

Cons: Like so many properties, the house has a few signs of wear and tear, but nothing that impacted our stay, and overall represents great value.
