Pros: The room and the bed was great! The room was new furnished shiny and warm!

Cons: The kitchen was dirty with unwashed dishes, flys and in the fridge there were eggs with mold. At the garden I saw a mouse and the floor of the whole building were dirty also. I don’t know what cleaners do there. Also at the room there were no towels, toilet paper and lavatory brush! And for the end they don’t provide luggage storage even for an hour.

Prime location for students.

Pros: Front desk staff, a young man was excellent. I wasn't expecting a double bed and that was a pleasant surprise. The Facility Manager was very responsive and ensured request for a microwave was promptly attended to. WiFi was excellent and guests could also log in. Sainsbury's across the road is a plus!

Cons: The state of the Visitor's toilet downstairs could be improved on with respect to cleanliness. The scrutiny after booking by the facility to verify my son's student status was over the top. They questioned his Lancaster University ID as it didn't bear a date (that's the way the ID is, only has a bar code), queried an email from the school confirming his registration as the school email only showed his official email address. This is after he had submitted a selfie complete with the submission of his valid Driver's License and Passport.
