Cons: Light not working in bedroom but got fixed at 30 min before leaving. Mis communication I feel on booking.com late in reply’s to query’s but solved when contacting host direct.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great, right in the heart of the town centre.and very close to the beautiful Cathedral

Pros: Very clean. Great location. Plenty of nearby parking. Lovely to see original shutters at the windows. Every area was clean.

Cons: Not something I exactly didn't like - more of a puzzle! There's banging noises at random times which sound like something being blown against something else. I couldn't figure out what caused it. A wardrobe would have been good but the hanging rail was really the only option in the fairly small bedroom.

Pros: Clean, light and comfortable apartment in a central location for the main shopping / sightseeing area. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Cons: We booked for three nights but left after two to stay elsewhere having experienced a loud noise problem for two nights that prevented us from sleeping. This was not the fault of the owner - loud bangs, bumps, tapping and knocking throughout the night. We messaged the owner to ask for advice, but received no response, other than automated requests for feedback and checkout instructions after we had advised we were leaving early. After we departed “Abby” responded with an apology (but no explanation), and an offer of a refund for the unused night. We are still waiting. Disappointed especially given the “we are here for you” automated message we received shortly after checking in.

A gem in the heart of Lancaster!

Pros: Excellent location. Everything was within walking distance. Lots of parking nearby. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Really well furnished throughout.

Pros: The apartment has been perfectly renovated; everything is brand new and it offers all the comforts. The location is exceptional—the best in Lancaster—central yet quiet at the same time. There are shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby. Everything is within easy reach, and you can walk anywhere (the train station, the castle, the canal, and other tourist attractions).

A lovely apartment, warm, cosy and had everything we needed.

Pros: Spacious, warm, clean and homely. Excellent views of Dalton square, location was perfect. My daughter said it was the poshest hotel we’d ever stayed in.

Pros: Great location. Very comfortable, stylish apartment. Easy access to the property with a pin code. Carpark was very close by. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Lancaster.
