Lovely stay, even better price!

Pros: Super cosy, lovely stay and everything you need. Me and my boyfriend stayed here as a stop over on our way to the Lake District. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The WiFi code in the user guide did not work but it wasn’t even much of a worry. I contacted the host and they got back to me very quickly even though it was late.

Amazing value, great facilities and excellent location

Pros: I was expecting a room and nothing more, as it was a great price and not a hotel room. The room was of a good size, more than a hotel. The added extras were a nice touch, tea, coffee, sugar,milk, a few chocolates, low alcohol bubbly for two. Property was clean and the location was great. 10/15 mins walk to the city centre but on a quiet spot.

Cons: This is a difficult question as I could not fault it. Yes it was a very low price so expectations were not high, but it really exceeded my expectations, so nothing really negative.

Straight foward and little extras

Pros: . Instructions to get there and check in were very straight forward and easy to follow. the little extras in the apartment, chocolates , mini wine , tea coffee and milk

Amazing little place with more than expected provided

Pros: Fanstatic little place, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, all the mod cons required and more. The room is very well thought out and the shower is very roomy. Even had its own parking space! I will definitely be staying again, the host even left little chocolates and a small bottle of wine. Brilliant value for money!

Cons: Neighbour next to the parking space was a little rude but nothing to do with the host or space.

Pros: Well equipped with microwave, fridge and washing machine.

Cons: Double bed against the wall on one side.

Pros: Excellent location. The studio flat/room was very well tidied and clean. Instructions were clear and well explained. IT seems that every detail is taken into consideration. This is one of my best stays at Lancaster.

Lovely accommodation, situated close to local,amenities.

Pros: It is very well equipped and comfortable accommodation, the host appears to have thought of everything to make our stay more comfortable. It is within easy walking distance of the centre of Lancaster and has a private parking space. We really enjoyed our time there and would not hesitate to book again.
