Pros: Stayed many times. Staff always helpful and accomodation. Good location and standard. Bit on the top end for price but always clean no issues with standard of room.

Pros: Location was perfect for a trip to Lancaster, right in the centre of town but still quiet enough for a good nights rest

Cons: The bed was a little lumpy, and the tap in the kitchen dripped through the night. Not a big deal, but something the host might not know if no one has mentioned it before.

Really lovely place

Pros: The apartment was beautiful. Easy for our two night stay. Parking was a couple minutes down, and £15 per night, which felt a bit high, but at least we knew our car was safe. The apartment was spacious enough for two people, microwave, toaster, plates bowls and cups were all provided. Thank you very much for the extra few biscuits gifted for us to have with the tea and coffee items also given.

Cons: Everything was really great, however as a point of consideration, it'll be nice to have an extra lock on the door for extra security purposes.

Cons: Dinner table and chairs was missing from the room, we needed to eat on the coffee table and we were sitting on the sofa.

Exceptional little place that does the job and ticks all the boxes

Pros: Was very close to everything me and my other half had planned to go visit.

Cons: Walls were a little thin, not so much so it was an issue. But made me think that maybe other people could of heard us laughing or watching the tv

All considering, Superb.

Pros: Wonderful stay in Lancaster, the apartment could not be more convenient to the train station and to town, literally just short walks. The apartment is spacious and clean and has all that you might need (maybe paper towels/kitchen roll would be nice. Heating works well although air circulation is a minor issue as there are no windows that open, so relied on cracking the skylight in the loft upstairs. And a small pity that the flooring while clean is on the cheap side. Do try Atkinsons cafe and shop nearby for coffee, tea, and related gear. Would be a pleasure to stay again.

Short city centre stay

Pros: Nice and spacious clean apartments. Very easy to check in and out, instructions were clear. Handy to have the loading area at the property and parking wasn’t a far walk. For a city central location accommodation we didn’t feel the parking being off site was a problem and was a very short distance away. Staff were on hand and responses were prompt if we had any questions. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
