Relaxing stay

Pros: The area and view from our room. The lounge and bar area were great for relaxing.

Cons: The spa had a male member in that was very rude to my wife and made her feel uncomfortable. The car parking system is not advertised properly on the website. I don't like the system that you have to put your registration in and trust you won't be charged.

Will definitely stay here again easy access to shops and a short drive to Blackpool

Pros: Comfy beds Had a few issues but they got sorted straight away The spa was lovely and nice and relaxing

Amazing hotel

Pros: Everything at this hotel is amazing, free cinema, play room, arcade, pool tables, staff are amazing we had an issue with our room and it was sorted very quick the management here and staff are amazing

Very good break, although weather could have been a bit drier!

Pros: Our room was lovely sea view with balcony plus comfy easy chairs to look out to sea. Breakfast was very good as well.

Cons: Not a lot.

Pros: Lovely large bedroom. Very comfortable. With low level bath . Separate power shower. Large bed.

Cons: View from bedroom. Looked over roof and opposite building.

Brilliant value for money at the first class hotel

Pros: We have stayed before and will definitely be back … there is enough room for everyone and every type of guest from the very young to the elderly and infirm.. all are exceptionally well catered for Cannot fault thus hotel

Cons: The only thing we noticed was the crumbling concrete at the end of post on the main entrance outside stairway It did look a bit dangerous if a child had put their hand on it .. I’m sure it will have been attended to after the New Year Break

on the hole it was very good

Pros: breakfast was very good but self service is not my cup of tea when i come on holiday i dont expect to do things myself bit like some supermarkets great for the kids staff entertaining them dressing up chap singing songs great
