Well need perfect break away at a new favourite location.

Pros: It was all good couldn’t fault anything staff really friendly room was clean and everything you need was in there, The bar is great plenty of room with som smaller booths for privacy if wanted, the breakfast was nice lots to choose from and the food that was going out at night looked really nice also

Cons: Not much parking in car park but plenty on the street

Brilliant

Pros: After a cold day doing lytham then at Anne's coming to a warm room to relax and unwind breakfast is brilliant too and right opposite the beach dog loved it

Cons: There a bit of loud humming noise in the ground floor room accessible room but all in all great
