Superb Hotel

Pros: The location on the sea front is excellent and the hotel is really nice. The room was comfortable and tidy and the place was pretty quiet at night. Breakfast had plenty of choice for hot food and croissants for continental. The staff was friendly and helpful.

2 nights stay for the wife’s birthday.

Pros: The food we had breakfast and evening meal both nights which were excellent.The location a short walk into St Annes.Plenty free parking at the hotel.Comfortable bed and spacious room.All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable will be staying again later in the year.

Cons: The water in the shower could have been a tad warmer.

Overnight stay at St Ives Hotel

Pros: Excellent position and location - good facilities.

Great overnight stay

Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. The facilities were great. The food was lovely and there was a great range available. All the staff were great with the children which is something we always look for! The entertainment was great too! Drinks at the bar were reasonably priced.

Great stay, in the main hotel (not the annex rooms) we really like this hotel, it’s great for the kids. The location is

Pros: Location, pool, staff breakfast, facilities and entertainment.

Cons: Corridors were smelly in annex building, also could smell cigarettes, also rooms are very small in this part of the hotel. Not the most pleasant location. Main hotel is much better.

Great location, great activities for the kids

Pros: It’s a great location just across from the promenade and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants around.

Cons: The room we booked was outside of the main Hotel building. It was on the ground floor or lower ground floor and the ceiling was quite low and you could hear everything from the guests above. That’s just the way it is. It’s something to be mindful of when booking rooms in the annex, particularly on the ground floor.

Pros: The staff were friendly, pleasant, and cheerful. In addition, the reception and breakfast service staff were very enthusiastic. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Pros: Loved our stay here and would most definitely recommend it. We will stay again.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, comfy beds and great entertainment for the little ones, great location aswell

Cons: The only negative we had which isn't the hotel fault there was lot of noise with kids running around the corridors till late at night which wasn't great
