Would have the bathroom in my house :)

Pros: Size of the room. Travelling with a toddler so she had plenty of space to run and play.

Cons: Limited parking. Have to arrive early to ensure a space.

Smart and stunning interiors

Pros: The rooms are massive and very comfortable. The parking is good value and easy to deal with. Smart bar and restaurant and friendly staff

Cons: Literally the only negative is that the live music in the bar was too loud, which impacted the chilled out vibes that the hotel seems designed for

Amazing stay. Will return

Pros: It was out of the hustle and bustle of Liverpool. It was quiet, rooms so big, amazing staff, parking on site and everyone so professional and friendly.

Cons: That the shower head didn’t come of wall

Exquisite, devine and memorable

Pros: Aesthetics of the whole hotel, aesthetics of the room, restaurant, front desk, pool

Cons: The restaurant was lovely and the food was divine, however, during my first evening meal there was a long blonde hair in the sauce which put me off a little. I did mention this after the meal and asked the staff to take more care with the food prep. It didn't put me off from attending the restaurant for the second night, but it did play on my mind when ordering. Accidents happen so I didn't complain.

This was our second stay at the Titanic. We love it but there's been a slight downturn in standards.

Pros: The room was beautiful, large, peaceful and comfortable. The building is gorgeous, so much history and has been really well refurbished. The corridors are stunning, quiet. Good location and easy to get into the city. Parking at the hotel was fairly easy despite it being busy, however there should be demarkations lines for parking spaces to prevent people taking up 2 potential spaces with inconsiderate parking. The staff on the reception desk are very helpful, friendly and ready to help. Most of the other staff are very good.

Cons: We loved the muted lighting, however sometimes you need a bright light, to find something in your case or whatever, and that option isn't there. The windows were a little grubby, not been cleaned for a good while, also a couple of stains on the furniture. The coffee machine wasn't working either. Breakfast was ok, but not of the quality we expected. Very little fresh fruit to be had, or fresh fruit juice. Getting your own coffee from a machine which doesn't work half the time is disappointing. Freshly brewed coffee and tea should be offered at the table as soon as you sit down, by the waiting staff. We booked a table at Stanley's restaurant for our first night, and both ordered steaks. Mine was tough and overcooked despite asking for medium done. Not impressed at having to spend £20 each for 2 hours to use the spa area. The staff behind the bar are miserable and look like they'd rather spit in your eye than serve you. One of them turned her back on me to do something on the till and ask me 'what do you want?' with her back actually turned, then served me begrudgingly. No smile or thank you at all. Please get rid of them, they bring your image right down.

Pros: Great Spa! The room was very spacious and great facilities! Enjoyed the full platter we had from bar and enjoyed the cocktails 🍸

Cons: Room wasn't ready on check in time for almost an hour
