Pros: Easy entry to property with touch pad, close to the station. Lovely bathroom.

Pros: Great location and easy for the one night we needed it! Easy self check in which was ideal due to us not arriving until late in the evening

Cons: It was a double room but only one chair. We were close to the entry for which was very loud when people came and left

Pros: Location was perfect. Room was lovely and the bed comfy. Everything was really modern and decorated lovely throughout. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Cons: I found the key pads on the doors only like small hands. My husband struggled to get is palm on there.

Excellent stay in a lovely city

Pros: Excellent location, cleanliness and decor. Very comfortable stay.

Cons: Just a couple of minor things... I would have appreciated bannisters/hand-rails on the quite steep stairs. I have no problem with stairs but would have liked a rail to hold on to when carrying my luggage. Also, there was no shower gel, only hand wash and shampoo, neither of which were good substitutes.

Comfortable stay in heart if Lancaster

Pros: Location once I found it. Room was quiet and cosy with great bathroom

Cons: No parking and difficult in locating the property when I first arrived. Google maps were very clear. Also I had to call staff upon arrival as I needed a different code to enter the first door
