We were in Lancaster for 2 nights for a wedding so we were not in our rooms very much. No restaurant on site, but so man
Pros: It was just a few yards from the centre of Lancaster, down the hill from the train station. Easily accessible, with temporary parking pace to unload the car, then a separate parking spot not far away to park overnight. The room we had (no. 3) had a super-king plus a single bed, with tea, coffee, milk, and a fridge. Clean and tidy, comfortable beds, decent shower . We were in touch by WhatsApp with the company which was great, instant communication and always helpful.
Cons: There was a skylight window which had a blind you had to pull down with a long pole, which was a bit unwieldy. We left the blind up the first night and were awoken early by the light coming through. Would be a real pain in summer if you didn’t pull the blind down ! The radiator in the bathroom didn’t work but I reported it when we left, so hopefully mended now. Traffic noise was a bit of a pain but not enough to disturb our sleep.

Pros: easy to check in and out. perfect location. beds look small but are actually really comfortable. clean.
Cons: if wanted to be really whining, would say walls didn't eliminate neighbouring room noise. but want a massive issue. price a little steep but not awful for last min and city centre. would definitely book again and choose above local chain budget hotels x

A comfortable stay in the heart of Lancaster
Pros: The property is in an excellent location walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. The communication prior to our arrival was excellent with instructions about entry and parking very clear. It is an older property but well maintained by the lovely staff. We had an issue with a broken bottle in our luggage and the staff were so helpful getting our things washed and dried. They definitely went above and beyond. Parking was off site but very close and there was an area to pull in and unload luggage first
Cons: Our room was upstairs and worth noting there isn’t a lift. Not an issue for us but useful to know if you have mobility issues

Leisure and visiting kids at Uni.. enjoyed it
Pros: Nice good size room in an excellent centre location
Cons: City centre location will be expected to be loud but locals with stupid car exhaust race around the ring road at night. 4am thrashing their cars and nothing seems to be done by police … not hotels fault but would make me think twice about staying in Lancaster again
