Good location with many shops and bars nearby

Pros: I liked the location of the property as I’m classed as disabled so I had shops nearby and places for food and many bars where I could meet up with friends

Cons: Not that many plug sockets so I couldn’t have my things on charge

Pros: Staff were great, a lovely woman called caz smith got me glass of water when in need in the morning! Lovely woman other staff were great. Right next to spoons so amazing location!

Cons: Elevator was broken and a bit confusing but wasn’t much of an issue

Pros: Location is excellent being in the center of Lancaster, staff friendly and helpful

Cons: Rooms are compact and we didn’t have hot water one day

Great location and most things were well within walking distance.

Pros: Location was ideal and not too noisy at the time of staying (Thursday/ Friday) at half term.

Pros: Great location, rooms basic but with all you need for a stay over,clean and comfortable. Reception staff fab, the lady who checked us in and also was there the next day to check us out was fantastic. Friendly and went all out to help us. (Didnt catch her name but she was so helpful)We also left our bags safe until our train which was a bonus.

Cons: Nothing. Was a great stay in a great location.

Pros: It’s basic but it’s all we needed. Was lovely and warm and very clean. Bed was comfortable. Reception staff were lovely. We were going to the Grand Theatre and it was just 5mins walk away, the shopping centre is just around the corner. Wetherspoons and a Tesco Express on the same block. Great location and good value for money.

Cons: Didn’t realise there was no hairdryer but that’s my fault.

Fantastic cheap hotel. Great place to lay your head if you are visiting the town or university?.

Pros: Really easy checking comfy bed. Did what it said on the tin. I visit my daughter sometimes at Lancaster university. This little hotel is ideally situated. I parked in the small car park directly across the road from the main door. Very cheaply. For the evening until 8:00 a.m. in the morning cost about £3. There are limit spaces in this car park maybe 12 and three of these are reserved for electric cars. I did have to park my car in one of the electric car spaces and my car isn't electric, I did not receive a parking ticket when I moved at 7:00 a.m. in the morning.

Cons: I loved every aspect of the stay at this hotel

Think Travelodge!

Pros: A good, central location and handy for buses and trains. As the place is very much like a Travelodge, it was a real bonus to be able to leave our bags after check out and that the WiFi was free.

Cons: The room was slightly cold. Staff shortages meant our room didn’t get freshened up during our stay.

Nice comfortable and clean excellent location

Pros: Very clean right in the town centre 8 mins walk from train station 6 mins walk to the Castle

Cons: Doors shut at 7pm have to use keycard to get in felt uneasy in case the keycard didn’t work although there is a intercom outside
