GuestReady - Charming haven in Knowledge Quarter

Pros: Size. Spacious. Walking distance to shopping. Beds very comfy. All rooms very good size. Very quiet.

Cons: Did need a bit of a deep clean but in general very clean and bedding and towels were very clean.

Pros: Great location,with in walking distance of liverpool one, the docks, the train station.Plenty of towels/ toilet paper,well stocked kitchen heating was great.

Cons: I didn't know that the keys had to be collected from a different location but thankfully our taxi driver made the extra stop and was most helpful.

Girlie's City Break

Pros: > Location. We saved on Taxi fares as we could walk to and from the City centre and the Waterfront. > Comfortable. The beds and lounge furniture, sofa and 2 armchairs were very comfortable. We only used the heating once, but heated up quickly and was easy to use.

Cons: > Entrance Staircase - The flat is underground, based on the road outside. We had to lug our suitcases up and down 12 very very steep stairs, which we didn't know until we arrived. > TV and WIFI - We really couldn't watch anything on the TV. Like most holiday lets, there is no terrestrial TV, but the WiFi signal is poor and it continually stops and buffers, very frustrating.

Pros: Fantastic location so close to the centre. Cheap car parking opposite was a massive plus. Loads of shops and takeaways on the doorstep. Large and spacious apartment with outdoor space.

Cons: Exterior needs to be more welcoming and the interior needs some TLC.

Bad start but good time after

Pros: The location was good and the accommodation was comfortable.

Cons: Getting the key was a bit of a mess I was sent to the wrong shop by the first link which I took a screenshot, the shopkeeper looked out booking up and gave us the correct postcode which was then updated on the link. Although there was a key box outside the front door this would have made much more sense to use for the key.

Pros: The apartment was exactly as advertised and in a very central location. Key collection was very simple and the place was lovely and warm upon arrival. Very nice touches throughout and was very cute

Cons: We honestly couldn't find any fault with the place

Perfect for us. We’ll be back next year.

Pros: The location was perfect. It was very quiet at night. It was warm and comfortable.

Cons: The plumbing with the toilet and sink could have been a bit better but the shower was great. Nothing else.

Top class service will be back again

Pros: Very tidy and was very easy to get home from nights out and warm will book again no problem

Cons: Everything was top notch nothing wrong

Pros: Excellent Value, Brilliant size of accommodation, excellent location

Pros: Basement apartment with plenty of space and little courtyard close to the city centre in Liverpool. There are 3 separate bedrooms, separate kitchen and separate living/ dining area. Plenty of hot water and heating controllable as you need it. All in all a really nice and convenient place to stay for the weekend.
