Comfortable small apartment in a great location

Pros: The location was fantastic, walking distance to everywhere. My mum, who was staying there, liked that it was on the ground floor, too.

Cons: The bin didn't close (she put a frying pan on top to hold it down). And some of the lights weren't working, so it would be good to check all lights between guests. Also, although the apartment had a washing machine and a dishwasher, no cleaning tablets were provided for either appliance (and not worth buying them for a one week stay).

Great space in a fantastic location.

Pros: Location was brilliant, minor issues were sorted very quickly.

Cons: The bed was a bit on the soft side. The electric heaters were fine, but not fantastic.

Very enjoyable, perfect apartment and location, the host was extremely helpful and friendly, just ideal.

Pros: We were welcomed by a lovely lady who was replying fast when we arrived and wasn't sure exactly where to go as I'm terrible with directions. All the facilities you need. I was surprised how quiet it was at night as there are uni apartments. I slept well. Place was clean.

Cons: I feel like you definitely need som sort air-con and maybe a full length mirror haha thats the only thing I'd suggest. Wouldn't really say I didn't like anything.

Pros: It was central and easily accessible in a quiet area

Cons: We didn't find the person who was meant to give us the key straight away even though we arrived within the time slot advised. We had to call and wait till she arrived. Also there was a problem with the site to pay the deposit so it took some time to settle over the phone and wasn't too pleased to share all my account and card details over an unencrypted phone call. A more efficient and safe way of paying this should be provided like I have experienced with other residences in the UK. Also in the heat, the place gets very hot with no options to cool it down.

Pros: Lovely apartment, good location and facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Pros: My stay at the apartment was great! It was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

A great place to stay.

Pros: This spacious and comfortable apartment was in a great location being only a few minutes walk to the city centre. Despite being on the ground floor and next to a road, it was very quiet. There was effective heating, adequately equipped modern kitchen and a great tv. Kane deserves a special mention as he was an excellent host who went out of his way to help us and make our visit to Liverpool very enjoyable.

Cons: We found paying the £100 security deposit rather tricky!

Pros: Dobrá lokalita blízko centra, Liverpoolska anglikánska katedrála bola asi 10 minút peši od apartmánu, taktiež kresťansky kostol Liverpoolska metropolitná katedrála bola okolo 5 minút peši čo nám osobne vyhovovalo, v blízkosti apartmánu bolo zopár reštaurácií kde sa dalo najesť. Veľká a pohodlná kúpeľňa, dobré kúrenie v apartmáne, veľká chladnička. Autobusová zastávka na štadión Anfield bola 10-15 minút peši od apartmánu. Dohodli sme sa s hostiteľom na skoršom odchode z apartmánu bez problémov. Odporúčam na krátky pobyt v Liverpoole.

Cons: Trochu my chýbali nejaké základne potraviny na prvý deň ako pohostenie po prílete. Taktiež malá nevýhoda je že apartmán sa nachádza na prízemí a ľudia vám niekedy pozerajú do bytu keď idú po ulici. Nábytok v kuchyni bol mierne opotrebovaný.
