Good apartment with parking but there is room for improvement

Pros: Good sized property split over 2 floors. Parking space available. Close to the city centre for the shops and bars and within a short walking distance to the Liverpool Philharmonic Hall which was perfect for us. Good comfy beds. Slept well,

Cons: There is slight room for improvement. The kitchen wasn't very clean especially the oven. Limited cutlery and crockery if you are planning to cook whilst you are there. The freezer was frozen solid and the kitchen tap was leaking which can be very distracting whilst trying to relax in the lounge area. The window handle in the lounge is broken meaning you cannot fully close the window. Luckily for us it was a very mild night but this would be a problem if very cold or windy. Finally there are no terrestrial TV channels available so you have to log into your own subscriptions ie netflix, ITVX etc We stayed on a Thursday night and for the price we paid (£81) I was happy to overlook some of the issues. However we did look to stay there on a weekend and the price had gone up to £360 per night. I would not be happy paying that price with the issues the apartment had. If the issues were sorted I would be happy to stay there again
