Great hotel, friendly & professional staff & fabulous food

Pros: Exceptional staff. Great location under 10 mins walk from train station & close to city centre Great choice at breakfast & lovely to have hot food to order from menu & be delivered to the table as well as buffet. Evening meals good too. Would definitely come back. Vi

Cons: Our room was lovely but next time we would follow staff recommendation to request a more appropriate room for us.

Lovely hotel, great food, comfy beds

Pros: Location excellent as so close to shops, bars and restaurants and canal. Was worried that it would be noisy as so close to busy road but didn't hear any noise in bedroom. Breakfast excellent. Lots of options and delicious.

Cons: Staff were pleasant but not that friendly or chatty. Give us the most basic information

Great hotel in a great location to explore Lancaster enjoyed the experience very much

Pros: Breakfast was very good on sunday morning even when being veru busy! We had dinner on the sunday anfd that too was very good.

Great stay in central Lancaster above a lovely pub.

Pros: Extra touches in the room - good hairdryer, air con, white company toiletries and complimentary truffles.

Cons: The pillows were quite soft and in the morning you could hear a lot from outside the door. There wasn't a great place to do makeup as the lighting was dark and the vanity mirror was warped.
