Pros: Clean and comfortable base for a lovely holiday. Well equipped. Would recommend.

Pros: We were left with some essentials such as tea and coffee and drinks in the fridge which was really thoughtful. The place was brilliantly stocked with everything we needed for cooking and meal times and the caravan was very clean and tidy. We could also see the beach from where we were and it was very close to us to be able to walk there. All bedding and towels were provided and were fresh and clean. Extra bedding was also supplied in the wardrobe. The shower was a really good size and water heated very quickly. Just wish we had been able to stay longer and experience the facilities and sunshine!

Cons: Some of the windows didn't seem to fit or close completely, which, in the summer wouldn't be an issue but it was wet and windy when we stayed at the end of September so it was a little draughty. Plenty of bedding provided though so wasn't really a huge issue.

relaxation is what we got

Pros: The caravan was lovely.. myself and my husband wanted a complete rest of doing absolutely nothing, and that's what we did.. Perfect timing with the kids going back to school, so it was very peaceful apart from the seagulls 😆 . The correspondence from the owners was great. They left complimentary drinks, coffee, and biscuits, which were a great addition. we had everything we needed but bare in mind to take tea towels and bin bags. I would book again.

Cons: Only negative was I thought it was a sea view however its was a sea view between caravans but didn't ruin out stay. The seating area was nice, but after sitting for a long time, especially my husband, who is disabled they did get slightly uncomfortable, but we managed.

Had a lovely weekend with and visiting family in Heysham.

Pros: There was plenty of room for 7 of us, it was clean and tidy. Kitchen had every utensil you needed ( only missing item was a T-towel ) but no problem bought one. Clean towels and bedding. Complementary drinks and biscuits were a nice touch.

Pros: Lovely caravan for a break away. The caravan was very clean & very relaxing with a sea view - just what we wanted, close to Morecambe. We loved the added touches of goodies supplied, such as toiletries, drinks & biscuits. Bedding & towels are supplied too, as well as cleaning products. The beds were comfortable & the caravan was lovely & warm. Would definitely stay again if visiting Morecambe.

Cons: 5 days wasn't long enough..

Pros: Lovely comfortable and warm lovely and clean had a relaxed weekend grandson's loved it will be definitely be booking again

Pros: Nice and clean caravan. With all that we needed for our stay to be nice. All needed utensils in the kitchen, serving spoons ,can opener,bottle opener, and scisors. Knifes and all cutlers set. Plates cups glasses.cleaning products and sponges. All you need to feel like at your own kitchen at home. Clean bedding, towels. Nice,clean ,cosy place to stay

Pros: The property was clean and well presented , heating was on for us on arrival , very welcoming not only was the kitchen equip with everything you would need to cook & dine with there was also Tea , coffee and sugar provided for us with extras in the fridge. Very pleased with our stay we will definitely be booking again
