Roadnights Retreat

Pros: Lovely caravan with a large open living area. Location is very close to Windermere which is why we booked it, also a short walk from heysham village which is a lovely area

Relaxing, great get away, just what we needed :) will be booking again,

Pros: Great location, perfectly located on site, nice and quiet. Set out great, comfy bed, cosey and warm.

Cons: WiFi was glitchy, but that doesn’t matter, great weekend with the Mrs and dog.

Spacious caravan

Pros: Generally well appointed, quiet location and good facilities nearby.

Cons: Bedding was provided but no towels. The property was so well appointed otherwise it did not occur to me that towels wouldn't be there, though I realised upon checking that the description did not mention towels. It wouldn't have been an issue if we'd known to bring some, so perhaps a specific note that you need to supply your own would be helpful for future guests.

Pros: It was my second time staying here with my elderly Mother and small dog. The decor and layout is excellent. Check in is easy and the caravan is very well equipped with everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Even when the weather took a nasty turn, it was still a nice place to be as it was cosy. When it was a bit more sunny, we could sit on the decking, which is lovely. The position on the park is excellent as it has lawned areas on each side and is on quiet cul-de-sac, near the walking path, and very close to the little shop and clubhouse.

Cons: We liked everything! I did have to Google how to turn the heating on, on the last day, but it was fine as I worked it out.

Pros: Fantastic property, super clean, absolutely loved our stay! The host was excellent at keeping in touch, I would highly recommend

Cons: The didn’t realise there wouldn’t be any toilet roll at all on arrival and the shop on site wasn’t stocked very well and we couldn’t buy any from there at all during our stay 🤦‍♀️

A lovely nights stay with family

Pros: The caravan is lovely, very spacious, well equipped you have basically everything you need, extremely close to all the amenities, a nice outdoor space for enjoying the sun, the double bed and the two singles are probably the comfiest beds I’ve slept in outside my own :) tvs in every room with dvd port also plenty of dvds to choose from, also board games which we really enjoyed, my dad really adored it and didn’t want to leave , overall a really good stay.

Cons: Even though the caravan is lovely and reasonably Clean I do think it could do with a deep clean inside and out, the sofa bed mattress is really thin and worn, the spare blanket has a large yellow stain and no cover on it, quite a few spiders and cob webs around, the rug on the front terrace is absolutely falling to bits and is quite the trip hazard.

Perfect family stay!

Pros: Myself, partner, 2 year old and our dog had a lovely stay in this caravan, lots of space for us all and a fab location. The caravan was clean and comfy, and had nice homely additions such as plenty of throws on the sofas. My little girl especially liked the nemo stickers in the shower! We will definitely be visiting again!

great stay

Pros: everything was great in the caravan plus provided WiFi ,TV in every room ,board games . we booked literally the night before but was no issue . made booking inn really easy with great communication and put you at ease and also has a direct number if any concerns or problems which we did not but is helpful if you did need .

Great stay and wonderful hosts!

Pros: Great location and really peaceful as out of holiday times. Site had a fire a couple of weeks ago so all facilities were closed but didn't matter to us as we used accomodation as a base.

Cons: The van was clean but there were some areas that had been missed.
