Pros: Very friendly people who run the hotel .was welcomed to a pot of coffee and a pot of tea for the wife. Breakfast was very good i only had the full English and 2 toast and was stuffed and Sue the owner came over and asked if I would like more she even gave the dog a sausage. The next time I visit will definitely book again

Comfortable stay & fabulous breakfast.

Pros: Sue was very welcoming. Bed very comfortable. Fabulous breakfast. Excellent location, tram stop right outside, good parking.

Cons: The room needed some attention, the wallpaper was coming off at the window & it was wet. Signs of dampness.

Pros: Beautiful Hotel very classy and rooms refurbished to a high standard. Bed was super comfy 😁 Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. Very reasonable price too. Nothing negative to say very happy and will return again 😁

Just what we needed.

Pros: Great location away from all of the hustle and bustle but still within the illuminations. Good buffet breakfast served by very friendly hosts.

Short stay was good and especially the breakfast, to choose was a great idea

Pros: A good friendly welcome at the entrance, and able to park right outside the property. From the reception rooms you could see the Blackpool illuminations, and just across the road was the Bispham Promenade beach and see. And a tram and bus stop within a few yards from the hotel.Breakfast was really good, w.ith a very good choice of food. Liked the security .

Cons: The bed was ok, but the bedding could have been a ironed a bit better, and the mattress was leaning to one side.
