Lovely polite staff

Pros: Easy access to public transport, away from the center so more calm and safer than other hotels. The man on the front desk was absolutely lovely and gave us all the information we needed. would stay again, get what you pay for, no surprises.

Pros: It is as deacribed It is simple but cozy and warm Great location

Pros: The room i stayed in was sea view the owner was helpful and kind I enjoyed it here quiet if you like peaceful

Cons: Sometimes it felt cold in winter they do provide a good electric on wall heater i took a hot water bottle so I was ok the ceiling lights was good changing colours

Pros: The room was lovely and cosy with tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom is so lovely everything you need is there. The hotel was right on the seafront with parking at the front, that was a bonus for me. The staff was so lovely. I will definitely stay here again. A home from home feel.

A Welcome surprise and fitted the bill

Pros: Extrrenely clean Hotel, room and facilities The reception staff more than helpuld. Outside of the hotel look tired and hides the quality of the hotel within. The rooms are utilitarian in nature, and they are rooms that are not intended primaryly to provide a bed, and that is done in an excellent manners. The hotel is not geared for family stay in hotel room, The hotels is perfect for young couples or single travel just wishing for a comfortable stay, the rest of the day said guest would be out and about. The hotel in this respect gains hight marks for this aspect of may stay.

Cons: The town of Bispham offers a range of services, local pubs offer good values, tram and bus stops are immediately accessable. If you are a travellor as opposed to a visitor with family in tow, it would suite you down to the ground. Highly recommended.

Great location, great stay.

Pros: Clean and exactly served its purpose for what we needed. Muhammed was really helpful. Great location for where we needed to be.

Cons: Amenities (shower gel/soap) not available but sure if we had asked they would have been filled up.

Pros: I liked the room, it was clean. Parking was good and free.

Cons: The WiFi network was poor.

Pros: The staff were waiting for us really helpful room was clean and comfortable asked for extra milk and teabags and they did this straight away .

Perfect stay.. cheap and cheerful..

Pros: The location was ideal.. sea view.. lovely walk along sea front to Blackpool centre.. free parking was another plus but also free street parking next to hotel.. staff were pleasant.. free WiFi .. rooms were basic but clean and bed was comfortable

Cons: Nothing really bad about the property.. all was good you pay for what you get.. it was cheap and cheerful.. Only issue was window had a gap all the way around and bed head was at window but as we stayed end of June this wasn’t a problem as rooms were warm

Pros: Quiet.clean, great location for the tram and the staff was exceptionally helpful.
