Pros: For the money then i dont think you can get better in blackpool, verry verry clean bedroom as always, all the staff are friendly and helpfull and the free cabaret is great

Nice hotel

Pros: Lovely hotel for the price and amazing staff 👌 Beverly on reception is amazing and very helpful, food was nice and not expensive also drinks in bar are really reasonable, if you want Hilton experience this isn't for you but for the price its worth every penny,

Cons: Room was chilly but 1 call to reception they had a heater sent up straight away

Pros: Room was very clean staff were lovely chatty helpful if ask anything

Cons: The room we were in had a door connected to the next room which made it hard to sleep as the room next door were really noisy could here everything. And a strong smell off cannabis coming from other rooms, other than that I always like staying here

I am a returning customer every year here!!

Pros: Everything was easily accessible, it was a quick service due to the online checking in service and the parking was only £3 compared to other places and that was for the full night! I have been a returning customer for years and will continue to be coming back!!

Cons: Nothing! I have no complaints at all!

One night stop over

Pros: It was about a 3 star hotel convenient for one night would not like to stay longer. Rooms are small buy comparison to other hotels but it was clean.

Cons: The online booking system as when we arrived couldnot just pick up our keys had to stand in a queue for over 20 mins to get them.

Exactly what I expected

Pros: Not the first time I've stayed at the Norbrek and it won't be the last. Bev, Gerry and Ross were outstanding on reception, I had quite a few requests regarding my booking and each one was dealt with efficiently. Only had breakfast which was value for money and a lovely variety of food.
