Pros: Very accommodating owners. Great, claen room for the price, nice comfy bed with great facilities. Excellent value for more with a great location. I'd give it 15/10. Definitely staying again

Stayed over with partner and son for sons birthday, we had a lovely stay, all slept very well!

Pros: Very clean, well laid out, little arcade for the kids and bar an pool table room for the adults! Very quiet area and parking onsite

Not my first stay, nor my last!

Pros: Very friendly welcome, neat little room. Close to the beach and to the club I visit. Clean bathroom and separate shower stall, kettle etc. Value for money for my needs.

Cons: TV a bit too high, screen image was distorted. Mattress a little tired. Minor points only.

Pros: Ideal position to enjoy the many things Blackpool has to offer.. So close to the sea front and pleasure beach.. Tram stop at the end of the road..

Pros: The room was lovely and clean, I didn’t like the fact there wasn’t a sink in bathroom.it was in the bedroom a bit inconvenient,other than that a nice place
