Lynwood Hotel & Spa

Pros: The room was good size. Very spacious. Had private bathroom which wasa good size. Had basic facilities like tea, coffee,kettle etc. One fold up chair. Room was warm when had the heater on. Bed was comfortable. Ideal for the 2 nights we stayed. Location was ok for us, had to walk to get to places we like to go but enjoyed the view of the sea. Got 2 towels and 1 hand towel but we managed. Breakfast was included in the price which is another reason why we chose to stay.

Cons: The breakfast option was contental and full english. Unfortunately once brought to us the bacon was cold and not well done enough for me. Didnt want to say anything to him so just ate it and warmed it up with my beans

Just doable for a basic short stay for the weekend

Pros: Basic rooms were clean Breakfast good offer Host lovely and polite

Cons: Spa wasn’t in use we were really looking forward to that part

Perfect stay in every way with good breakfast and fantastic host

Pros: Well presented throughout Guy running it couldn’t have been any nicer if he tried

Pros: Accommodated us very last minute as we stayed an extra night after a day at the pleasure beach. Room was basic but comfortable and we got a cooked breakfast in the morning which was great before our journey home

Pros: The breakfast was good, The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. I was in room 7. So would recommend this room. The heating was on which was good to have a warm room. The television was a good size and lots of channels to choose from. I am a very light sleeper and i didnt hear a sound. It was really quiet so had a good nights sleep. Check out was 11am which was good. Would recommend. In a good position right next to the pleasure beach.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The owner was very nice and couldn't do enough for us

Cons: The hotel is a little dated but this didn't bother me because its excellent value for money

Pros: The owner of the B&B was super friendly and made us feel so welcome. He cooked us a brilliant breakfast and made sure we had a great stay.

Pros: Room comfortable and clean , staff very pleasant and helpful 👌

Cons: Says on back of bedroom door breakfast is 9 till 10am , however it was 8 till 9am signs need updating

Pros: I liked Sam The Owner .Very nice Man . I liked The room . Extras like a fan .4 toilet tolls spare . Good T.V . 2 mins walk from Pleasure Beach . Value for money .

Cons: If you want The Ritz ...This isn't it . If u want a decent place and staff . This is it .

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff and very easy to book into.
